Every opportunity to enhance this aero electric hybrid commuter motorcycle has been taken. From the wheel discs at the front to the exhaust at the rear, no corner has been cut to produce this limited edition of 10 premium motorcycles. The first publically available motorcycle to contain our patented V-Duct technology.
It is inspired by a life spent in high level global motorsport has been created using the same principles and approach used to deliver the lowest drag motorcycle in the world, the WMC250EV.
Akrapovic Slip-on Line (SS) Exhaust
With the Akrapovič Slip-On system you will get more power, more torque, and less weight. The Akrapovič Slip-On system gives the WMC300AE that unmistakable deep resonant Akrapovič sound and also dramatically changes its visual appearance. Each product features Akrapovič’s finest carbon fibre end caps. Catalytic converter is included within the system maintaining Euro 5.
Detachable batteries
This robust detachable battery hybrid means that the bike can go from zero charge to fully charged in the time it takes to change the batteries. Once exchanged the depleted batteries charge from a standard plug socket in just under 1 hour, removing the need to find a charging station.
Carbon Fibre Wheel Trims
Designed to add form and function these wheel trims enhance the aerodynamics of the motorcycle as well as enhance it's aesthetics.
Pannier
The WMC300AE comes with a 2No. 22L panniers that can hold upto 5kg each. They guarantee a degree of water resistance equivalent to a heavy rain, cases are tested with a special machine that simulates rain with a flow rate of 20 ltr/min.
Aerodynamic Front Fender
Providing enhanced form as well as function the front fenders and wheel discs smooth the airflow ensuring most efficiency as the air enters the duct.
Electric Drive
Providing extra power at the low speed range, as well as when a burst of speed is required, the power assist hybrid. When combined with the V-Duct this vehicle optimises the benefit of both with EV operating best at low speed and the Venturi providing efficiency benefit with speed.
Patented Aerodynamic Duct
The Patented concept, an unrestricted duct through the centre of a motorcycle, has been incorporated into this motorcycle, significantly reducing drag, enhancing performance and fuel efficiency, which in combination with the hybrid drive reduces the CO2 produced by 44% against a similar performance motorcycle.
K&N Air Fliter
K&N’s replacement air filters are designed to increase horsepower and acceleration while providing excellent filtration.These filters are washable and reusable and are custom designed to fit. Their drop-in design means maintaining them is simple.
Fuel Fill
The fuel fill has been moved to an ergonomic position at the rear of the motorcycle and can be accessed by dropping the numberplate.
Ohlins YA 241 Shock Absorbers
Based on the well proven and high performing STX 36 these premium YA 241 shock absorbers developed by market leaders Öhlins enchance ride performance and comfort.
Sustainable Braking
The braking system has been upgraded on the WMC300AE to improve performance and sustainability. The pads have been upgraded to EBC Greenstuff 2000 and contains no lead, copper, or toxic sulfides to comply with all environmental legislation and in conjuction with the Hel Performance brake lines reduces stopping distances and improves brake response.

300cc Blue Core Euro compliant Engine
The powerful and economical Yamaha 300cc Blue Core EURO5 engine is a liquid-cooled single cylinder 4-stroke engine producing plenty of power for longer distance highway riding – and with its strong and smooth low-speed torque and optimised automatic transmission, you twist and go.
