THE AERO-ELECTRIC HYBRID RIDING EXPERIENCE IS AS DESIRABLE AS IT IS EXCLUSIVE WITH A NUMBER OF CAREFULLY CHOSEN UPGRADES TO ENHANCE THE MOTORCYCLE’S HANDLING, ROAD HOLDING, ACCELERATION AND BRAKING.
This is the first application of our duct technology available to the public and offers a limited number of individuals the chance to purchase this very special motorcycle.
Because of this, we wanted the Aero-Electric Hybrid to feel as premium to ride as it is unique to own. This is the ultimate expression of a reduced carbon city commuter motorcycle.
AERODYNAMICS
Following the same computer fluids dynamics (CFD) development programme as a formula 1 car. The Aero-Electric Hybrid incorporates aerodynamic front fenders that force air towards the bespoke V-Duct, which reduces drag by pushing air through the vehicle, rather than around it. This reduces frontal resistance and ensuring less energy is used to propel the vehicle forward.
HANDLING
Handling is improved by the inclusion of carefully tuned Ohlins YA 241 shock absorbers transform the motorcycle dynamic handling with stopping power significantly improved using a combination of EBC Greenstuff pads (sustainable brake pad material) and Hel Performance braided brake lines.
POWERTRAIN
Stage one engine tune enhances efficiency whilst remaining Euro 5 compliant.
We have paired a high flow K&N air filter with Akrapovič top of the range muffler to improve engine performance, sound and looks of your WMC300AE.
ACCESSIBILITY
Based upon the Yamaha Tricity 300 technology, gives a feeling of stability and confidence. The dual leaning front wheels provide additional grip for smooth cornering – and the lightweight steering and narrow dimensions make it easy to filter through congested streets.
Every time you come to a stop the Standing Assist System is a welcome convenience –and the good news is that you can ride it on your full B* car licence! (*Limitations and restrictions may apply per country under applicable laws.)
